Autolysis Rawa Morkali
Roasted Rava --1/2 cup
Sour curd -- 1/2 cup
Water -- 1 cup
Coconut oil -- 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste
For Tempering: Mustard seeds, Black dhal, Curd chillies, Curry leaves.
In a 2 lt Pressure cooker, heat oil and temper with given items. Add water,salt and when it starts boiling add rawa and mix well and add curd. When the mixer starts boiling , cover, keep the weight and switch off . Open after 20 mts.
Note: Tamarind water may be substituted instead of curds .
Green chillies instead of curd chillies can be used.
