Vendhayam is best used for stomach pains.
1. Boil water, when it becomes drinkable hot (hotter than luke warm), take a glass of water and add about 50gms of butter so that it gets melted in it. Take a tea spoon full of vendhayam (or its powder) and have it aling with that water. You will get greater relief.
Best advised for pregnant women.
2. If the pain is due to loose motion, have vendhayam with curd (yogurt).
